'I had been suffering with anxiety and IBS problems for years and just put up with it affecting my social life. When it started getting worse and affecting work - not being able to go to meetings, conferences and things because I felt too ill - I finally decided enough was enough and I had to do something about it. I found Sally's details and decided to give hypnotherapy a go. I think my nerves got in the way a little to start with and couldn't quite let go enough to relax but with some practice at home and encouragement from Sally we started having breakthroughs. With Sally's help and equiped with some techniques like visualisation and 'tapping' I even managed to go away on holiday with friends and had a brilliant time without suffering from IBS at all. The list of things I've managed to do that I would have struggled with before seeing Sally just keeps growing and that little 'worm' in the back of my head telling me I can't do things because I'd feel ill is starting to shrink. Sally has made a huge difference to my life and it feels good to be able to think positively and look forward to things again.' |

i went to see sally mainly for help in overcoming my claustrophobia as i was finding avoiding lifts was becoming a real irritant. my husband was really keen on trying out the eurostar the thought of which filled me with fear and dread. after very few sessions with sally i found i was looking forward to the train journey and planned use of many lifts with none of the normal worry and rising panic. the journey itself was wonderful no worrying at all even on entering the tunnel and knowing i was below the sea. i now use lifts and it is getting so much easier and am looking forward to my next eurostar trip. many thanks sally. |

I was given Sally's details by a friend who kindly booked and paid for 2 sessions with Sally. I initially went to Sally to tackle my chocolate addiction and secondly a shopping addiction. I would have a week of eating nothing but chocolate or hide them all over the house, this was an ongoing issue that has contributed to a weight problem, secondary to that if I couldn't have chocolates or was trying to be 'good' I would shop instead. I was instantly relaxed in Sally's company as she talked me through what technique she would use. After my initial half hour session I was very keen to proceed with the hypnosis the following week. I had my 2 sessions a week apart and can honestly say I have never felt better. Things are going really really well. So hard to explain but will give it a go. I haven't had any bonkers moments with chocolates, sweets etc. I have had some chocolate but have managed to stop after after a normal portion, I haven't consciously tried to stop it I just don't feel like going overboard. I am also not thinking about overindulging especially when I am stressed, that used to be the first thing I would do but haven't wanted to. The same with shopping I have been in my favourite store and actually walked out with nothing. This for me in the past would have been impossible. I only realised I hadn't bought anything when I got home and it felt wonderful to be able to do that. I can honestly say I feel peaceful not driven to self destruction and you don't even realise it until you sit down and think about it. As an added bonus I have also managed to shift unwanted pounds! |

I have been terrified of needles, injections and anything associated with them for as long as I can remember. I recently decided that enough was enough of the fear...it was getting to a stage that even looking at a poster about giving blood would send me into a bit of a panic attack! I searched the internet and found Sally and having read the glowing testimonials on her website I decided to take the plunge and contact her! We met at her office and had a very relaxing and pleasant chat about my fears and how she felt we could tackle them together. With some regressive hypnotherapy and a bit of TFT to reduce any remaining anxieties I soon found that I was able to discuss needles and to even consider booking an appointment to give blood. It all came in the nick of time as a week after I finished my sessions I had a blood test booked, this went without a hitch and I was able to stay calm and relaxed and was even wondering what I had been worrying about for all those years! I have since had a further two blood test and have also had a cannula in my hand for 5 hours and one in my arm for 20 hours! I think that giving blood now would be a complete doddle and look forward to booking my first session! One of the other benefits from the treatment with Sally is that I have stopped comfort eating....a wonderful bonus! I would most definitely recommend Sally, she has a wonderful nature and is incredibly easy to talk to. She will belay any fears or scepticism you may have in the methods and ensure that you come out as a much happier person. |

After suffering with eating and weight issues for much of my life (and having tried every diet under the sun!), I approached Sally for help. I will admit, I was sceptical about this form of therapy and I knew it was costly so I booked a free consultation before committing to anything. Sally was very easy to talk to and explained the different methods she would be using (as well as how this would help me). From my account of the issue and my experiences, we decided to try regressive hypnotherapy/hypnoanalysis where I would be ‘put under’ and look back to the past with a view to uncovering a childhood event whose resultant emotions I had not been able to deal with at the time. I was unsure about being ‘put under’ but Sally assured me that I would be totally in control and fully aware of my surroundings, which I was. That first session began to uncover aspects of my past which I harboured feelings of guilt over. Following this session, I began to notice changes in my eating habits without even trying. There were a further 3 sessions like the first and I gained more and more control over my eating; making choices based on my level of hunger rather than any hidden forces which had previously made my eating compulsive, destructive and guilt provoking. We also looked at conscious methods to control eating, but I feel it was these first few sessions that achieved the greatest effect. Thankyou |

By pure chance I came across Sally's advert in the local paper. After reading the testimonials on her website, having suffered depression for 30 years on and off, which make you have negative thoughts all the time, I made a positive move and contacted her. After three session with her, the difference I felt about myself was unbelieveable to say the least. Sally is a lovely person, who puts you very much at ease. Shirley S |

I am so glad I took the plunge and went to see Sally to try and gain control over my weight issues. She is a thoroughly professional person who put me at my ease and the process of being hypnotized was quite pleasant, painless and I never felt out of control. I am now happy with what I eat and have begun to shed weight. I would not hesitate to recommend Sally to anyone with a similar problem. |

Brief History: I have an 8 year old son who has had on going blood tests for 8 months. I took my son to see Sally as the local hospital had 4 failed attempts at blood tests and a wasted operation time as my 8 year old son had turned extremely anxious and needle phobic. It was a case of what do we do next and then I heard of Sally and decided to give hypnotherapy or tft a go. My son's words of what happened with Sally:- My mum took me to have a chat with Sally we chatted about all sorts of things, about what I was scared about and then she talked to me and tapped me on my face my hand and my collar bone, I thought this was weird and I didn't think it was doing anything, although it seemed to be no longer as scary to talk about, that made it sound dead easy. I went to the hospital the next day and I was nervous but I had my card with instructions on where to tap so as mum drove I tapped and by the time I got there I felt quite relaxed. I found it one of the best days of my life and I could not believe how scared I had been and how much it really didn't hurt at all. Since seeing Sally I have had 4 more blood tests and an operation with no problem, thank you, Sally |

When I first saw Sally I had really low self esteem, lack of confidence, was very depressed and couldn't see a way to cope with the issues I had. Through hypnotherapy I was able to see that those issues stemmed from a traumatic childhood experience. It was a very emotional first session and I thought it would affect me badly and although I felt sad I also felt as though something had been lifted from me and I was so much more able to cope with my issues. I continued to see Sally and she supported me in working through the way I felt about myself. Life is not perfect, it never can be but thanks to Sally I am so much more able to deal with things positively. Sally is such a lovely person and I can't thank her enough for the support she has given me |

I am 53 years old and had been suffering with depression in recent years and had been on and off anti-depressants. I had tried counselling and even though I managed to come off the tablets I still struggled to live a normal life and the anxiety never left me. I just knew that I had to do something to free myself of this debilitating illness and I knew of Sally's success with helping other people so I went to see her. Through talking to her in the consultation I realised that I had been depressed on and off all my life since my teenage years. Through hypnosis Sally took me back to my childhood and through the trauma of my mum dying when I was 10 years old - it was a very emotional session but the next day I was expecting the same sadness to come into my mind but it didn't happen! It took a few days and then gradually over the next few weeks I started to enjoy how I felt - not sad but happier and so much more able to cope with my problems. As for the anxiety - it's still there a little but I can deal with it and it's not stopping me like before. I can't recommend Sally enough, she's such a nice person, she has made all the difference to my life and I must say I was quite sceptical and thought that it would never work for me. But it has and my life has turned around, it's been an amazing experience. J |

After my two sessions with Sally I feel brighter and lighter in myself, and I have managed to shed nearly half a stone. I have more energy, and I have started to do things I have been putting off for ages. It was all so easy, and I can’t believe the difference it has made to me. Thank you, Sally. Clare. |

I saw Sally twice. I had suffered with Erectile Dysfunction for most of my adult life. Viagra helped to a certain degree. But even that did not help maintain an *censored* for any length of time. During the first session with Sallly she took me back to being 10 years of age. On the way home I could not see how that had anything to do with my problem. But two days latter my wife and I enjoyed, probably the best night of our 10 year marriage. I can not thank or recomend Sally enough. |

I went to see sally as i needed to sit in the dentist chair for a hour to have a crown done i hate the dentist and get bad panic attacks after two sessions i was able to sit calmly in the dentist chair. The dentist kept asking if i was ok as he is so used to me asking him to stop during any treatment. It didnt stop there, I was able to travel on a train for a work meeting which was unheard of in the past. Eat with strangers at the meeting and go for up seconds at the buffet . My panic attacks were really bad if I had to go any where , eat out etc, my life was hell all i could manger was go to work come home and if lucky meet my mates once a week. With each day I feel so much better and if I feel tense I have the tools that Sally gave me to ease them away. IT works, Sally I cant thank you enough. As one of my mates said everyone needs a Sally |

I had suffered with IBS for 5 years and been through many hospital visits and treatments, all with no success. Sally was recommended to me and although I was very sceptical i was prepared to give anything a go. My first session with Sally involved me going to back to a time in my childhood i had completely forgotten about and with Sally's fantastic guidance i was able to face my trauma and deal with it. Ever since the day i saw Sally i have experienced NO IBS symptoms and my life has completely changed. I now feel happy and confident once again. i would highly recommend Sally. Thank you so much for everything you did for me Sally. |

I really found it difficult to believe in hypnotherapy but was eager to try anything to lose weight permanently. I visited Sally twice and have since shed a stone without even trying, (I even shed weight on an all inclusive holiday!!). The change in thought process when talking about/thinking about/preparing/eating food is simple and I would sincerely recommend Sally to anyone. Thank you very much Sally. |

I would highly recommend Sally Moore to anyone considering Hypnotherapy. I went to see her with confidence issues and what a difference she has made to my life (I never thought this was possible!). I just wish I had booked my appointment sooner! Sally is such a lovely, caring and approachable person who makes you feel at ease and is very professional in her work. I would certainly use Sally again if need be in the future. Thank you so much, you are a star. |

I have met Sally 3 times, and on my first visit she helped me get to the root of my problem, which went back to the age of 9yrs when I was in hospital for 10mths. Although this gave me happy memories, it turned out to be traumatic for me. Sally was able to turn it round to be positive and enable me to know that things can be achieved which I didn't think I could. I now know what I have to do, and I haven't stopped smiling since. I think Sally is a wonderful person, and I wouldn't think twice about recommending her. Thankyou Sally. |

After reading these reviews I still didn't fully believe that Sally could help me, although I wanted to. After my first session I felt so good. I could climb ladders without anxiety, sleep well and resist crisps without trying - none of which were my reason for visiting Sally but all had an impact on my life! Sally has helped me such a lot and I now believe!! THANKS SALLY! |

I am now happier and more positive and my overeating has stopped. I feel that a huge weight has been lifted and it feels fantastic! Just wish I'd booked that appointment sooner! Thank you so much Sally. |

All i ever wanted was to have my life back i've now got it back but even better. Sally you are a star. |
